Cancelling Orders

Please note that we are generally unable to accept any cancelation of orders unless we are unable to deliver the ordered item within the deadline we informed you due to reasons on our end.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our items. We accept any returns or exchanges at our expense if, during or after delivery

- Any items are damaged or defaced; or
- You receive an incorrect item.

If you wish to return or exchange any items due to either of the above reasons, please contact the following address within seven (7) days after the arrival of the item.
We will then contact you by email or telephone to the contact details that you gave us when placing the order.
When returning or exchanging the item, please keep the item in the packaging condition in which it was delivered.
If, however, we are unable to exchange the item because the item is already sold out, is no longer produced or is a limited item, etc., we will return the payment for the item plus the bank transfer fees.

Cooling-Off Period

The “cooling-off period” is a system applied to door-to-door sales. Please note that we sell items by mail order based on your access and therefore the cooling-off period system will not be applicable.

Right of Withdrawal for Orders Shipped to EU Member States

Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in the above section titled “Cooling-Off,” for orders shipped to EU Member States, customers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day they receive the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and regulations.
If you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract, you must clearly notify us of your intention to withdraw within the withdrawal period by using the withdrawal button designated by our store.
After submitting a withdrawal request, customers must return the applicable product to the return address designated by our store within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal request.
Return shipping costs, packaging costs, and any other costs related to the return associated with the withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the price of the applicable product received by our store, as well as the initial shipping fee.
For orders shipped to EU Member States, customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, disbursement fees, and any other charges incurred upon import shall be borne by the customer. If these charges have been paid directly to FedEx, they are not refundable by our store. Please contact FedEx directly regarding refund eligibility and procedures.
If wear, washing, stains, noticeable scents, damage, or other signs of use are confirmed, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund based on the condition of the product.
Please note that withdrawal may not be accepted for made-to-order products, products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, or any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU laws and regulations.
The provisions set forth in the above section titled “Right of Withdrawal for Orders Shipped to EU Member States” shall prevail with respect to the exercise of the right of withdrawal for orders shipped to EU Member States.

Notes

We cannot accept any returns or exchange of items due to your own reasons.
In addition, we cannot accept any returns or exchange of items:

- For which eight (8) or more days have passed since their arrival;
- That you have already used;
- That you have damaged or defaced;
- That you have processed or repaired; or
- That have their accessories, such as boxes, tags or instruction manuals, defaced, damaged or lost.

All the items we handle meet their manufacturers’ quality standards, and the inspection standards of their official domestic distributors. We conduct transactions based on the understanding that items with small scratches and scrapes that are unavoidably created when they are manufactured, or dents and black spots, etc. attributable to their material nature, are good-quality items. Therefore, please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for such reasons.
